  02/13/2019 6:08PM Service Disruption AWS continues to troubleshoot a widespread DB layer issue in the Canada region. Symplicity will provide more updates as AWS provides more information.
  02/13/2019 3:46PM Service Disruption There is an issue with AWS services in the Canada region. Symplicity is working with AWS to restore services.
  02/13/2019 3:09PM Service Disruption One of our database servers is having problems affecting some clients. We are working on it.
